How do I log in to my event as the host?

There is no password: press Manage your event in your confirmation email, or log in with a one-time code sent to the event’s email address. The browser you created the event in is already recognized as the host’s.

The email button opens a page that asks you to press Open my host page; that phone or computer is then the host’s, and you are taken to your host page with the QR code, the settings, the photos and Download all. If the link no longer works, because it has expired or the event’s email address was changed, the same page offers Log in with a code or Send me a new link, which goes to the event’s email address.

To log in instead, open Eventphoto.io/dashboard/login, type the email address and enter the code we send. With one event you go straight to it; with several you see a list. Only a logged-in host can change the event’s email address.

On a guest’s phone, or any phone that scanned the QR code, tap Are you the host? on the event page and enter the code emailed to the host address. That phone can then delete photos and download everything from the event page; the host page itself still needs the email button or the dashboard login.

Every link and code goes only to the event’s email address. If you cannot reach that inbox, write to support@eventphoto.io. Eventphoto.io is not GuestCam.co, a different company, and we cannot open GuestCam.co accounts.

What it costs

  • Free: 20 photos per guest, kept 14 days from when you create the event

  • One-time payment. No subscription and no fee per guest.

Make a test event and scan it yourself

It takes a minute and costs nothing. Create one, scan the code with your own phone, upload a test photo, and you will know exactly what your guests will see. Create the real one close to the day: the storage window starts when the event is made.
