Do guests need an app or an account?

No. They scan the QR code and upload from their phone. No app, no login, just the PIN if you keep it on.

Can guests upload videos?

Yes, on the paid plan, with no limit on photos or videos. The free plan is photos only: 20 per guest, kept 14 days.

Who can see the photos?

Only people with your link or QR code can open the gallery, and it's PIN-protected by default.
