Why the two get mixed up
Two independent companies picked names that differed by a single top-level domain — GuestCam.io, now Eventphoto.io, and GuestCam.co — for products that both live in the wedding and event photo-sharing category. For anyone skimming a “best wedding photo app” roundup, or writing one to a deadline, that is an easy mistake to make.
The result is entries that say “GuestCam,” link to guestcam.co, and quote a price or a feature that belongs to neither the linked product nor this one. If a mention is meant to describe this product but the link, the price or the company details point to guestcam.co, it has been mixed up with the other company.
So this page states our own side plainly. About GuestCam.co it says the one fact that matters (it is a different company with a different product) and, further down, the prices GuestCam.co lists on its own site, for anyone comparing the two. What we sell is narrow and easy to check. Create an event, print one code, and guests upload from the phone into a gallery everyone with the code can open — never public, never indexed by search engines, with a private host page that manages it and downloads everything as a single ZIP.
The numbers are just as short. Free: 20 photos per guest, 14 days of storage, no card, and the ZIP download included. Paid: a one-time $19.99 (£15.99 in the UK) for unlimited photos and videos per guest, video files up to 200 MB, and 12 months to get everything downloaded. Anything quoting a subscription is quoting somebody else.
