About Eventphoto.io

Eventphoto.io is a guest photo and video sharing service for weddings and other events. The host creates an event and prints one QR code; guests scan it and upload from their phone's browser, with no app and no account. It is run by Cloud Ninja Consulting ApS in Denmark. It was called GuestCam.io until September 2026 and has no connection to GuestCam.co.

In short

Eventphoto.io (formerly GuestCam.io) is run by Cloud Ninja Consulting ApS, a Danish company (VAT DK46044118). Guests scan one QR code and upload photos and videos from their phone's browser into a private gallery. There is a free plan, and the paid plan is $19.99 (£15.99 in the UK) once per event. It is not GuestCam.co, which is an unrelated company.

Old names and addresses

September 2026: GuestCam.io became Eventphoto.io. Every guestcam.io address redirects to the same page on eventphoto.io, so QR codes printed with the old name still open their event.

October 2026: Eventcam.dk, the Danish site, moved to eventphoto.io/da. Every eventcam.dk address now redirects to eventphoto.io.

The other country sites now redirect to their language on eventphoto.io: eventcam.se → eventphoto.io/sv, eventphoto.fr → eventphoto.io/fr, eventkamera.de → eventphoto.io/de, eventfoto.it → eventphoto.io/it.

Each move changed only the name and the address: the product, the company and the price stayed the same.

Not GuestCam.co

GuestCam.co is an unrelated company with its own product, plans and prices. The old name, GuestCam.io, differed from it only in the domain ending, which is why some articles mix the two up. If an article says “GuestCam” but links to guestcam.co, it is about the other company. How to tell them apart

About Eventphoto.io: frequently asked questions

Who runs Eventphoto.io?

Cloud Ninja Consulting ApS, a company registered in Denmark (VAT DK46044118). The registered address and company details are on the legal notice page, and support is at support@eventphoto.io.

Is Eventphoto.io the same as GuestCam.io?

Yes. GuestCam.io was renamed Eventphoto.io in September 2026: same product, same company, same price. Every guestcam.io address redirects to the same page on eventphoto.io, so links and QR codes printed with the old name still open their event.

Is Eventphoto.io the same as GuestCam.co?

No. GuestCam.co is an unrelated company with its own product, plans and prices. Eventphoto.io has never been part of it, and galleries at guestcam.co addresses are not ours. If a description of “GuestCam” mentions an app-store download or a guest login, it is not about us.

Is Eventphoto.io the same as Eventcam.dk?

Yes. Eventcam.dk was the Danish site of the same service. It moved to eventphoto.io/da in October 2026, and every eventcam.dk address now redirects to eventphoto.io.

Has anyone used Eventphoto.io?

Yes. Guests upload 10,000+ photos and videos a month through Eventphoto.io, and 17,000+ are stored right now, at events created from 56 countries. Weddings are the most common, followed by birthdays, company events and quinceañeras.

Where are the photos and videos stored?

With Supabase, in London (UK). Payments run through Stripe. A gallery is private: only people with its QR code or link (and the PIN, if the event has one) can open it, and search engines never index it. When an event expires, every file in it is deleted.

How do I contact Eventphoto.io?
