Can I get help from a person?

Yes: write to support@eventphoto.io with your event code and what happened, and a real person reads it and answers; there is no chat bot in front of the inbox.

The event code is the 6-character code next to your QR code; with it we can see the event's plan, its expiry and whether a ZIP was built, without you having to describe them. Write from the address the event was created with when the question is about that event, since that is how we know you are the host.

Things people write about most: a confirmation email that did not arrive, an upgrade that was paid but did not activate, a lost host link, and a ZIP that has not turned up. Most of those can also be solved from the dashboard: sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, and every event created with that address is there with its QR code, its settings, its download and a button that sends the event email again.

We are a company in Denmark and answer by email; there is no phone line. This Help Center and the FAQ cover the questions we are asked most, so a look here is often faster than waiting for a reply, and the guest page itself answers the two most common ones: a code that will not scan can be typed instead, and a full gallery can be upgraded on the spot.

What it costs

  • Free: 20 photos per guest, kept 14 days from when you create the event
  • Paid: $19.99 (£15.99 in the UK) per event for unlimited photos and videos per guest, kept up to 12 months
  • One-time payment. No subscription and no fee per guest.

Make a test event and scan it yourself

It takes a minute and costs nothing. Create one, scan the code with your own phone, upload a test photo, and you will know exactly what your guests will see. Create the real one close to the day: the storage window starts when the event is made.
