As a rule, no: the paid plan is digital content that is activated the moment you pay, and the Terms of Service you accept at checkout say that you consent to immediate delivery and that the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun.
That is how the product works rather than a policy chosen against you: the upgrade switches the event to paid for every guest immediately, the video, the guest book and the longer storage are in use from that second, and there is no way to hand them back.
There are exceptions, and they are in the Terms: if we restrict a real event by mistake, we lift the restriction and refund part or all of the price depending on how much of the event's use was lost, and nothing in the Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law. A planner's event credit is spent when an event is created; deleting that event returns the credit if nothing was ever added to it.
If something went wrong with a payment, a double charge, an upgrade that did not activate or a checkout started on the wrong event, write to support@eventphoto.io with the event code and the receipt, and a person will look into it. If you are unsure, try the free plan first: the guest page is the same, and the upgrade can wait until the party.
