A one-time payment: $19.99 (£15.99 in the UK) buys the paid plan for one event, and nothing renews, nothing is charged again and there is nothing to cancel.
Each event is paid for on its own. A couple with one wedding pays once; a family that runs a christening in spring and a birthday in autumn creates two events, pays for the ones that need video, the guest book or the longer storage, and keeps the others free.
The paid plan lasts 12 months from the upgrade, and then the event expires and is deleted; it does not roll into another year and it does not bill you again, so download the ZIP before that date. Checkout runs through Stripe as a single payment.
Professionals do not get a subscription either: wedding planners, venues and agencies buy event credits in packs, paid once per pack, and the credits never expire. A guest can also pay the upgrade for an event they are at, and the event becomes paid for everyone.
