Yes, on the free plan too: tap Download all on your event page, the files are packed into one ZIP at full resolution, and the download link is emailed to the address the event was created with, usually within a few minutes.
The ZIP has two folders, photos and videos, with the original file names; filmed guest-book greetings are in the videos folder, typed greetings are not files and stay in the guest book. The archive does not label files by guest; the guest's name is shown in the gallery, not in the download.
Anyone can see the Download all button, but only the host can use it. If your browser is not already known as the host's, because you created the event on another device, for instance, the page emails a one-time code to the event address and asks for it first.
The dashboard shows the ready ZIP as well, so you can fetch it there once it is built. On a phone, Download all offers Save to this phone instead, which puts the photos straight into the photo library; the ZIP stays one tap away. Download before a free event expires: when it is deleted, the files go with it.
