How do I save photos to my phone?

As the host, open the event on your phone and tap Download all: instead of building a ZIP, the page offers Save to this phone. On an iPhone the photos go straight into the Photos app through the share sheet, a batch at a time; on an Android phone they download into the Downloads folder, where the gallery app picks them up.

It works on both plans and asks for the host check first if the phone is not yet known as the host's: a one-time code is emailed to the event address, and you enter it on the page.

Big galleries are saved in batches so an older phone does not run out of memory; tap Continue saving until everything is in. Videos come too, a long one on its own.

On a computer, Download all goes straight to the ZIP, which is the better tool there and is emailed to you within minutes of asking. If you opened the link inside another app's browser, such as Instagram's, open it in the phone's own browser first. A guest who wants a single photo can open it full size in the gallery and save it as they would any picture in the browser.

What it costs

  • Free: 20 photos per guest, kept 14 days from when you create the event
  • Paid: $19.99 (£15.99 in the UK) per event for unlimited photos and videos per guest, kept up to 12 months
  • One-time payment. No subscription and no fee per guest.

Make a test event and scan it yourself

It takes a minute and costs nothing. Create one, scan the code with your own phone, upload a test photo, and you will know exactly what your guests will see. Create the real one close to the day: the storage window starts when the event is made.
