Help · QR code and signs

Where should I put the QR code?

Put the QR code where guests are already sitting still with their phones out: on the table cards, at the bar, on the welcome sign and on the back of the ceremony program, because two or three small placements beat one big poster by the door.

A guest who walks past a sign at the entrance has usually forgotten it by the time something worth photographing happens. A code on the table is in front of them when the speeches start and the photos are being taken, and the people at the next table copy what they see.

Write one line of instruction next to it: scan to share your photos. Add the event code underneath for anyone whose camera will not focus, and the Wi-Fi details if the venue has a network. The sign designer on the paid plan puts the code, a line of text and a photo on a table card or a sign in three print sizes.

If the event spans several rooms, give each room its own copy of the same code; you need only one event and one code for the whole party. Only create a second event when the guests are different, since everyone with the code sees the whole gallery.

What it costs

  • Free: 20 photos per guest, kept 14 days from when you create the event

  • One-time payment. No subscription and no fee per guest.

Make a test event and scan it yourself

It takes a minute and costs nothing. Create one, scan the code with your own phone, upload a test photo, and you will know exactly what your guests will see. Create the real one close to the day: the storage window starts when the event is made.
