What sizes does the sign designer print?

The sign designer makes three sizes, table card (~15 × 8.5 cm), A5 (14.8 × 21 cm) and A4 (21 × 29.7 cm): you choose one, place the QR code, your text and an optional photo or emoji on it, pick a look and a background color, and download it as a PNG to print.

The table card is for the tables, flat in a holder or propped against the centerpiece; the middle size suits the bar, the gift table and a stand at the entrance; the largest is the welcome sign or the easel outside the door. Pick the larger sizes for the places guests scan from further away.

There are three quick looks to start from, minimal, bold and dark, and you can change the background color, the text size and the text itself; the designer warns you when the text would be hard to read on the background you chose.

The designer is part of the paid plan and opens from the screen after you create the event or from the event's page in your dashboard. The PNG prints at home or at any print shop; print one copy first and scan it with your own phone before ordering the rest. On the free plan you can still print or download the plain QR code.
