How do event credits work?

One credit creates one paid event, and the credits you have not used never expire. You buy them in packs of 5, 15, 25, or 50, and each new event in your workspace spends one.

A pack is a one-time purchase at a discount off the single-event price, 25% off for 5 events, 35% for 15, 45% for 25, and 55% for 50, so the price per event falls the bigger the pack. Payment is through Stripe, once per pack; the invoice for each pack and a history of every credit spent are on the Credits page of the Pro dashboard.

The credit is taken when the event is created and given back if the creation fails. An event you delete from the Pro dashboard returns its credit only if nothing was ever added to it, no upload, no guest-book message and no download; an event that was used and then emptied keeps the credit spent. Credits bought before a price change keep their value.

A credit-funded event is a normal paid event in every way: unlimited photos and videos per guest, the guest book, the sign designer, AI tags and 12 months of storage from the day it is created, with your branding or a neutral page as you chose in the workspace. There is no subscription; when the pack runs out, you buy another one when you need it.

What it costs

  • Free: 20 photos per guest, kept 14 days from when you create the event
  • Paid: $19.99 (£15.99 in the UK) per event for unlimited photos and videos per guest, kept up to 12 months
  • One-time payment. No subscription and no fee per guest.

Make a test event and scan it yourself

It takes a minute and costs nothing. Create one, scan the code with your own phone, upload a test photo, and you will know exactly what your guests will see. Create the real one close to the day: the storage window starts when the event is made.
