Help · Getting started

Does it work anywhere in the world?

Yes: the upload page is an ordinary web page, so it opens in any phone browser with an internet connection, in any country, and the globe on our events page shows the countries events have already been created from.

Guests do not need a local app store, a particular phone or an account; they need a camera that reads QR codes, which every recent iPhone and Android phone has, or the event code typed into the site.

On the English site the paid plan is $19.99 (£15.99 in the UK); the other language sites show their own price in their own currency, and the free plan is free everywhere.

Photos and videos are stored on servers in London, UK, whichever country the event is in, and galleries are never public or indexed by search engines. Eventphoto.io is run from Denmark.

What it costs

  • Free: 20 photos per guest, kept 14 days from when you create the event
  • Paid: $19.99 (£15.99 in the UK) per event for unlimited photos and videos per guest, kept up to 12 months
  • One-time payment. No subscription and no fee per guest.

Make a test event and scan it yourself

It takes a minute and costs nothing. Create one, scan the code with your own phone, upload a test photo, and you will know exactly what your guests will see. Create the real one close to the day: the storage window starts when the event is made.
