It is built for any event where the guests take more photos than the host: weddings first of all, then birthdays, christenings, graduations, anniversaries, baby showers, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, and company parties.
The mechanics are the same for every occasion: one QR code, guests upload from the phone browser with no app or account, and everything lands in one private gallery you download afterwards. What changes is how long the party runs, who is on the guest list and whether you want video.
A child's birthday or a baby shower is short and mostly stills, so the free plan with 20 photos per guest often covers it. A wedding, a milestone birthday or an anniversary dinner runs late, with speeches and a dance floor, which is when guests want to send video and when the paid plan earns its $19.99 (£15.99 in the UK).
Wedding planners, venues and event coordinators also use it for their clients' events, with event credits bought in packs and their own logo on the guest page. It does not replace a professional photographer; it collects what the guests shoot on their phones.
