Yes, your photos are private to the people at your event, and nobody without the code, the link or the QR code can find or open the gallery. Nothing is public and nothing is indexed.
Search engines are told to stay out of every event page, and the pages themselves carry a no-index instruction, so the gallery never turns up in a search for your names. There is no public feed, no list of events and no sharing to social networks from our side; a link shared in a chat previews only the event name, never a photo.
Within the event, every guest with the code sees every photo, which is what makes it fun during the party. If you want a gallery that only you can see, this is the wrong tool; what you get is a gallery shared with the guests and hidden from everyone else, with a PIN, on by default, as a lock in front of it.
Nobody but the host can download everything or delete other people's photos. The files are stored with Supabase on servers in London, UK, served through links that expire, and deleted with the event when it expires, the day after the date shown in your dashboard. The privacy policy spells out what is kept and for how long.
